Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Period and Procedure

The community cup challenge and associated registration run through September 2026, leading up to the main event on September 25th, 2026, at 20:00 CEST.

Participants can take part in two ways:

• As a Player: Registering via the official website by selecting a team captain (Alem4o, Shaiiko, Stompn, Benja, or Doki), joining the G2 Esports Discord, confirming availability, and completing the social channel requirement.
• As a Predictor: Correctly predicting the tournament winner during the open prediction phase starting September 23rd, 2026, to qualify for the grand prize giveaway.

2. Participation Requirements

• Must have a valid Rainbow Six Siege account and Ubisoft ID.
• Must join and verify membership within the official G2 Esports Discord server.
• Must submit accurate contact details, including a valid email address and Discord handle.
• Must follow AGON by AOC on at least one valid social media channel (X, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok). Providing any additional valid social handles grants bonus entry/deployment chances.
• Multiple entries using fake accounts or alternate identities are strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility Requirements

The challenge is open to participants aged 14 or older. Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All countries are allowed to participate; however, G2 Esports and AGON by AOC will only guarantee physical prize shipping to the following eligible countries:

Germany (DE), Austria (AT), United Kingdom (GB), Ireland (IE), France (FR), Sweden (SE), Denmark (DK), Norway (NO), Finland (FI), Spain (ES), Portugal (PT), Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), Luxembourg (LU), Switzerland (CH), Italy (IT), Poland (PL), Czech Republic (CZ), Estonia (EE), Lithuania (LT), Latvia (LV), Hungary (HU), Slovenia (SI), Slovakia (SK), Romania (RO), Bulgaria (BG), Greece (GR), Croatia (HR).

Employees of the organizer, AGON by AOC, and individuals involved in the execution of the event (including immediate family members) are not eligible to win physical hardware prizes.

4. Prizes, Winner Selection, and Delivery

• Player Prizes: Selected players who compete receive exclusive G2 R6 in-game bundles and/or R6 Credits.
• Predictor Grand Prize: One (1) AOC AGON PRO AGP277QKDC monitor will be awarded via a giveaway draw among all participants who correctly predict the tournament winner.
• Winner notifications will occur via the email address submitted during registration/prediction shortly after the tournament concludes.
• If the winner does not respond within three weeks of being contacted twice, the prize may be re-awarded or forfeited. Cash alternatives, exchanges, or local pickups are not available.

5. Termination and Modification

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time without prior notice if technical failures, security breaches, or unforeseen circumstances compromise fair execution.

6. Data Privacy

Personal data (such as nickname, email, Ubisoft ID, and social handles) is required for participation and will be used solely for conducting the tournament, managing rosters, and awarding prizes. Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties except sponsors like AGON by AOC for fulfillment purposes. Participants may revoke consent at any time by emailing events@g2esports.com.

7. Platform Disclaimer

This event is an independent community cup not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Ubisoft, Rainbow Six Siege, Steam, Twitch, or any hardware manufacturers other than official partners G2 Esports and AGON by AOC.

8. Governing Law and Severability

The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
